The first way I made these treat bags was to simply take some sticker paper. I get mine from Staples. I then picked my favorite images from Kate's Kitchen. It really is a challenge to choose.

Then I just popped them on. Couldn't be simpler. Filled with a stack of cookies and you are in business.
